Urban Detached House 70s
Το έργο
03We were asked to give to the urban residence of 1970 in the center of Kalamata, its old glory. High-ceilinged house in the urban fabric, with special architectural details and courtyard space, needed a radical renovation to be able to harmonize with the modern way of life, without losing its character and personality.
We met the challenge, we married yesterday with today, and we revived this wonderful house, so that its owners feel like the good old days again!
ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ
BOUTIQUE RESIDENCE STYLE
We radically renovated the whole house, designed, and implemented a new apartment, reconstructed its special plaster, structural and decorative details, and maintained its style and character, making it ergonomic, functional and in line with modern construction trends.
WE BUILD THE WAY YOU LIVE
"My parents' house, the house of my childhood, life in Kalamata of another era, in a city more humane, small and familiar. It cost me that I saw it deserted; now it is my home again, both familiar and renewed. I was afraid that he would lose his old glamor, but not only it kept it; it also became a modern, functional house that I am happy to live in, to create new memories for my children and grandchildren. A timeless house, as it deserves. "
