Farai Smart Suites

02Our emblematic project, completed in 2018, combines innovation and modern trends, green technology and modern architectural design.
Farai Smart Suites is a unique complex of 17 modern, "smart" homes, from boutique studios 42 m2 to family homes 115 m2, independent loft maisonettes on the ground floor with private garden or floor with private roof patio. All have direct access to a common indoor patio / courtyard, which is a place of gathering, conversation, co-location and common activities of the tenants, making the complex look like the evolution of our childhood neighborhood.
Ideally located just outside the city center, in the Farai area of Kalamata, with unrestricted views of Taygetos and direct access to the city beach, it perfectly embodies a new global housing trend for "decentralization within cities". There the residents live, work, rest and study, in open-air environment, next to the mountain and the sea, but also a breath away from the city of Kalamata and life in its center.

We built modern boutique studios - new era apartments, with modern decoration and modern architectural design, with green technology for great energy savings, full functionality and minimal long-term maintenance costs.
We created single open spaces in New York Loft style, with less space, smart, spacious and functional, multi-purpose, adapted to the needs and special living conditions of the tenants.
